The winning ticket was sold to Ravindar Singh at the March Lane grocery store and joins four other million-dollar “Game Day” scratcher prizes recently claimed in California. Another winner was Robert Hillard, who bought a 49ers-themed ticket at The Nineteenth Hole in Antioch.
